How it’s Work
Standard Working Process
Select Quality Raw Materials
Selection of clay from Maha oya basin and Deduru oya blend and put clay in right amount and tread it to ensure good quality
Use of Imported Machinery
Select right amount of clay and mixed by four Rolls Pug Mill. Then it passes through dearing pug mill to remove water and wind
Manufacture Quality Tiles
Insert clay in machine press and then dried under air circulation. Finally Tiles are put in Tile kiln for baking and measured using Heat Meter
Final Inspection by Experts
Finally Giant TIles staff along with company owners will inspect the final output of Tiles whether they are in standards which need to be the no. 1 tile
