How Our
Manufacture Process Works

STEP 1
Selection of clay from Maha oya basin and Deduru oya blend

STEP 2
Put the clay in a right amount and tread it to ensure good quality

STEP 3
Select right amount of clay and mixed by four rolls pug mill

STEP 4
It passes through dearing pug mill to remove water and wind

STEP 5
Put clay in machine press or revoling press to get desired product

STEP 6
Tiles are dried under air circulation

STEP 7
Product put in tile kiln for baking. Temperature is maintained using heat meter

Then it is graded and delivered no 1 tile into market
